This week we are concerned with (Poor) Mental Health and how our players’ families are coping with the difficulties created by another lockdown.

Don’t forget if you are finding things tough, it’s a sign of strength to ask for help when you need it. There is always someone you can talk, even if that’s not one of your coaches.
Keep in touch with your teammates and friends outside of school, catch up with cousins and family outside of London.
