The Core 4 Stretch routine
At the Academy one of big focuses is on making sure our players remain as injury free as possible. By improving a players flexibility, mobility, strength and quickness we help our players to understand how to use and look after their bodies.
The Core 4 Stretch routine below as a routine I first learned about 9 years ago, from the book “Stretch to Win” by Ann and Chris Fredrick. It is a fantastic book for all athletes or all levels and provides some very insightful knowledge and exercises that can help a player improve.
