What are your values for your team and players? Integrity, respect, hard work, discipline, tolerance and enjoyment.

How do you promote these values in your sessions and games?
By setting up very specific rules alongside the drills and games they take part in. All is planned and starts from there to the more specific football content.

What do you hope your players learn from you as a coach? Just to expect the best from themselves and their peers and truly enjoy the journey. Motivation is key !!!

Why do you Love coaching Kids? I love coaching kids because I can be part of their development as a football player as a human being.

What are your values for your team and players? My team values are one for all and all for one. I try to implement an idea that every player has an important role for the team where commitment, discipline, right attitude, communication, punctuality, respect and passion for football are important keys for a player to have fun in a safe and happy environment.

How do you promote these values in your sessions and games? I try to promote the idea of being on time for training sessions and matches is very important for their development as football players and human beings and help them prepare for the future. Comunication is key for a better understanding of their needs. Respecting their coaches and team mates will make them grow when they put the right attitude and commitment.

Key aspects on training sessions and matches: fun warm up games, ask for their feedback, praising instead moaning, every person/player is different, so I try to take out the best of each one in prol of the group. This is their second home/family.

What do you hope your players learn from you as a coach? I hope my players can learn the values mentioned above and improve their technical/tactical fundamentals of how to play football whislt having fun.

Why do you Love coaching Kids? I like to work hard with them and see their development session after session, doing something different each day and supporting their progression. Witnessing the results of their hard work, dedication and celebrating every little progression with them individually and as a team is the best of being a coach.

What are your values for your team and players? Commitment / hard work / enjoyment / becoming better each time / learning from mistakes / passion for sports

How do you promote these values in your sessions and games? The drills are organised to promote learning, development of the skills and the tactical knowledge of the game. Learning means making mistakes and learning from them, so mistakes are allowed but players are guided towards making less mistakes session after session. In the end, the ones who work harder and commit more are also the ones who enjoy a challenge and have fun whilst playing football.

What do you hope your players learn from you as a coach? Above all, I hope they learn being hard working honest men will always bring good rewards to their lives. If they become better men and women after working with me, I will have done a fantastic job!

What are your values for your team and players? Never give up during games and practice; Always put a lot of effort to become a better player and individual; We are fighting together (win or lose); Helping and understand your teammates. 

How do you promote these values in your sessions and games? First, by following the principles, which set an example for the players.  Creating the environment/practice when those values can be cultivated and developed.

What do you hope your players learn from you as a coach? That you can achieve a lot through effort and patience and mistakes are just a learning process.

How do you promote these values in your sessions and games? By addressing all issues directly and positively apart from promoting a sense of belonging when in training and matches where absolutely everyone counts and is seen as capable of achieving higher.

Why do you Love coaching Kids? I love coaching Kids because I love football and always liked working with kids, I think that it’s an important age to start learning to play and relate with other kids.

What are your values for your team and players? The values for my team are have fun while they are learning so I try to understand as well the Kids and try to help them in the various situations. Also I would like my players to try hard on what they are doing so I try to stimulate them as much as I can.

How do you promote these values in your sessions and games? During the sessions I try exercises that are fun related and also connected to games. I try to speak to the Players and make them understand that there are  more important things than results.

What do you hope your players learn from you as a coach? As I coach I hope my players at the long run learn technical aspects as while as tactical. Also its important how to relate with other players of your same and opponent team, respect for the rules and the people around.

Why do you Love coaching Kids? I want to be a positive role model, something kids so desperately need. Many coaches don’t fully realize the impact they can have on kids’ lives. It can be huge, and lifelong. I love the game and want to pass that love on to kids. Spread the joy of playing a sport so fun and amazing.

    What are your values for your team and players? Values underlie our work, how we interact with each other, and which strategies we employ to our mission. This is a list that I carry all the time on my mind and don’t forget. Learning, Health, Teamwork, Attitude, honesty, and Hard work

    How do you promote these values in your sessions and games? I’ll always be a learner – always educating myself to improve and do better for the players I coach. The heart of education is learning, so it is my belief that I should model this at all times.  But I also try to create an environment that supports coaches and players on their journey as well. The Fundamental goal is to keep kids enjoying Sport for life.

    Why do you Love coaching Kids? I enjoy teaching and helping them learn something new. I also like to see them use my methods in practice, thus is enhancing their ability and level of joy for the game. 

    What are your values for your team and players? Respect, Passion and Desire

    How do you promote these values in your sessions and games? When it comes to respect I ask them to shake hands and say hello and thank you also knowing when the coach is talking, its time to listen. Passion; I always try to ask my players to give more, if I see their heads down. As well as making my sessions competitive to desire a want. Desire; I encourage my players to hunt the ball and encourage good tackling and tenacity.

    What do you hope your players learn from you as a coach? I hope under me they develop a better understanding and love for the game. Whilst also learning and implementing new techniques in football matches, as well as taking positive life aspect with them.

    Why do you Love coaching Kids? the fact that I can make an impact/ share values to children which are the future of our society. A chance of developing a culture, a way of playing the game that was taugh to me when I was their age. A possibility of creating a team, a friendship, being someone those kids look up to and see what football has best to give. But the big reason is that I love this game!

    What are your values for your team and players? Respect yourselves and your teammates, believe in you, trust the other, support everyone, work hard, and enjoy every moment.

    How do you promote these values in your sessions and games? shaking hands when arriving and leaving the training ground, encouraging them to get early to training so they can spend time together, always support when someone is struggling to keep up, work hard every session because without hard work they will not achieve great things, believe in yourselves and try until you can do it.

    This is only possible when they are friends and we are working in a fun, engaging space, where they can express themselves.

    What do you hope your players learn from you as a coach? I want them to learn in two different aspects: As people, grow with joy, responsibility, respect, friendship and believing they can do anything they put their minds too.

    As players, understanding of every detail in football, satisfaction every time they touch a ball, make friendships, memories of this beautiful game.
