This loyalty form was created to serve the community of players & parents that have recently joined our Christmas Football Camp & wish to join the upcoming Winter Camp.

I'll meet the group directly at Paddington Recreational Ground Football Pitches (W9 1PD)

I'll meet the group at Vauxhall Station*, no later than 8.00am, in front of Starbucks (SW8 1SP) to be accompanied to and from the camp site

* Players from South London can be collected at Vauxhall Station no later than 8.00am, to travel to the camp site accompanied by one of our football coaches. The same will happen at the end of the day, with the coaching returning the same players to the same site around 4.30pm

The camp fee's are: (i) fully refundable if cancelled up to 12 days prior to its start; (ii) 50% refundable if cancelled up to 7 days prior to its start and (iii) Non-Refundable if cancelled within 6 or less days prior to its start.
